Q: Do the package(s) include unlimited printing?

A: Yes, all our packages include unlimited printing within the duration.

 

Q: How much time is needed to complete the set-up?

A: Less than 20minutes! We will be there at least 30minutes earlier and check all equipment before the start of the service. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances, at least we’ll have ample time to react.

 

Q: How much space is needed for the photo booth?

A: 4 x 4 metres.

 

Q: What are the facilities required for the photo booth set-up?

A: A nearby power outlet and 2 long tables. We will need 1 to hold the props and the other for the printer.

 

Q: Will you be able to set up in the outdoors?

Yes. But this is not preferable as we will not be able to operate our equipment in bad weather. We also recommend running the service indoors so that we will have consistent lighting. Your photos will look a lot better! Also, kindly note that in the event of a cancellation of your booking due to bad weather, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Q: What are the sizes available for prints?

A: 4R – 4 x 6 inches, 102 x 154 mm
Bookmark size – 2 x 6 inches, 51 x 154 mm
Wallet size – 3 x 4 inches, 76 x 102 mm
Polaroid size – 2⅛ x 3½ inches, 54 x 89mm

 

Q: What is a photo template/overlay?

A: An overlay is the design elements of the print-out with information such as the name of event, date, location etc apart from the actual photograph itself. Here are some samples: (insert images)

 

Q: Can I customize the photo lay-out on my own?

A: Yes, that’s possible. We will send you the template PSD file, which includes instructions on how to add your design.

 

Q: Do the photos print instantly? How fast do your printer print?

A: Yes! Our printer prints at 8.9 seconds for 4R prints. Our printers are all dye-sub which means they are super fast and high quality!

 

Q: Are your prints fade resistance?

A: All our prints have a laminated layer, which makes it resistance to fading, water, fingerprint and even dust!

 

 

Q: Can you send me some samples of your prints?

A: We have a sample kit designed just for you. Arrange a meet-up with us now and receive a set for free.

 

Q: Will I get a soft-copy return of the photos taken during event?

A: Yes! All saved in a USB drive and handover to you on the same day.

 

Q: Can my guests download the photos online?

You can check out our online gallery here. That is where your guests can download their photographs. We will provide your guests with the link to the gallery during the event.

 

Q: I hired a photographer, why do I need a Photo Booth?

A: It’s a major attraction for guests because it’s fun and photographers/videographers have a tendency to focus on the couple and close family and they move in and out of crowds to get candid shots. Our Photo Booth creates a fun and exciting atmosphere of laughter that will fill the event. It is something that will keep them entertained and talking about this date for quite sometime. And when they forget, they’ll look back on the photo mementos to remember it all over again!
